On Wednesday, President Trump lifted the bathroom requirements for transgender students, correcting what he believes to be a legal overreach by the Obama administration. The President said he would leave it up to the states to decide what they would do about the issue.
The federal Justice and Education departments issued a statement saying public schools no longer have to follow the Obama directive which allowed transgenders to use the bathroom or locker room of their preference. However, persons who are experiencing discrimination because of their sexual orientation are encouraged to contact the Department of Education.
The case of a transgender teen in Virginia who sued his/her high school over bathroom policy is set to be heard by the Supreme Court next month. However, the Court may decide not to hear the case and direct lower courts to settle the matter.
Why this Matters: The reversal is considered a victory for conservatives and a setback for transgender rights groups. Businesses such as Target were already implementing the Obama directive, which caused some parents concern after “transgender” men were caught molesting females in public bathrooms.
- Seattle – a “transgender” man entered a women’s locker-room at a public recreational center while little girls were changing for swim practice.
- Toronto – a “transgender” man was arrested and sentenced to jail for sexually assaulting several females in a women’s shelter shower facilities. He called himself “Jessica.”
- Virginia – a man dressed as a woman was caught and arrested for filming two women and a 5-year-old child in a women’s restroom.
- Los Angeles – a “transgender” man entered a Macy’s bathroom and videotaped women under bathroom stalls.
- University of Toronto – two males exploiting “gender-neutral” facilities were caught in the women’s shower using their cellphones to film females.
And these are just some of the cases we know about. Bravo to Mr. Trump for promoting conservatism (and common sense). This will go back to the states for them to decide. We will probably see state courts dealing with this issue very soon.
Praise God for this decision! Pray for the children who are being taught and told that they can change their gender, and that this will make them happy and complete. Pray for them to meet Jesus who heals all of our diseases.

CNN Target of Expose on Fake News
Filmmaker James O’Keefe, the man who exposed the sale of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood, has done it again. This time he is exposing a “few hundred” hours of secretly recorded material from CNN. He is calling it “CNN Leaks.” Part one was published on Thursday at 10 a.m.
Why would O’Keefe target CNN? President Trump has consistently pointed out the media’s lack of integrity and has particularly singled out CNN as “very fake news.” O’Keefe’s website, CNNLeaks.com, is seeking interested people to help review the material and flag examples of fake news.
Within the first expose of 119 hours of recordings, two CNN staffers discuss the use of outdated information from a poll that skews positive for Democrats. They admit it is dishonest.
Another tape of CNN News Desk Editor Joe Sterling has him admitting he is biased in favor of Obama.
O’Keefe is offering $10,000 for anyone coming forward with legally obtained audio or video showing media improprieties.
CNN is not alone in their quest to slant information in order to control outcomes. MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski spoke out about her job on Wednesday, saying Trump was trying to control exactly what people think, but she believes it’s the media’s job.
BRZEZINSKI: “Well, I think that the dangerous, you know, edges here are that [Trump] is trying to undermine the media and trying to make up his own facts. And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think. And that, that is our job.”
Although the comment went unremarked upon by Joe Scarborough, the MSNBC anchor, or the others on the panel, Scarborough did say that Trump was on par with Mussolini and Lenin.
Democrat Senator Maxine Waters had a similar reaction to Donald Trump and his cabinet. She called for his impeachment, saying he thinks he is a dictator and also called his appointees “a bunch of scumbags.”
Sunsara Taylor, of “Refuse Fascism” went on the Tucker Carlson show on Fox News and said that Trump and Pence are operating out of “Hitler’s playbook.” She joins Amnesty International who compared Trump’s rise of power to that of Hitler.
Why this Matters:
- Benito Mussolini was an Italian Socialist who became Prime Minister and removed all political opposition through his secret police. Under Mussolini, Italy was transformed into a one-party dictatorship–and then into a totalitarian state that regulated every aspect of public and private life.
- Vladimir Lenin was a Russian Communist/Marxist dictator and revolutionary. He used the firing squad, forced labor and concentration camps to instill fear and force obedience.
- Adolf Hitler killed somewhere between 12,000,000 and 20,000,000 Jews, Poles, Ukrainians, Russians, Yugoslavs, the French under Nazi Germany during the Second World War.
One can see that comparing Trump to these men is beyond ridiculous. CNN spends $800 million a year on gathering and broadcasting news. Think how much better it would be to spend that money on reporting true news instead of fake.
Continue praying for the President, his cabinet, and our elected officials in national, state, and local government. Pray they would remember they will answer one day to the one true God, and there is no hiding from Him. Pray that everything behind this wicked agenda of fake news will be exposed.
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. Eph. 5:11

A Danish man posted a video of himself setting fire to the Quran on Facebook and has been charged with blasphemy by Danish police.
His 2015 post read, “YES TO FREEDOM – NO TO ISLAM.”
An official from the public prosecutor’s office said “circumstances involving the burning of holy books such as the Bible and the Quran can in some cases be a violation of the blasphemy clause, which covers public scorn or mockery of religion.”
Under clause 140 of Denmark’s penal code, anyone can be imprisoned or fined for publicly insulting or degrading religious doctrines or worship.
Pray that the people of the world under this type of restrictions by the government will get angry and rise up against it. Pray it happens soon, before the meaning of freedom of speech and expression are just distant memories.
