We are months into the Trump-Russia collusion investigation, but there is little to show for Special Counselor Robert Mueller’s efforts. However, more and more information is mounting showing that the Clintons and the Obama administration, including Mueller–who was head of the FBI at the time–are the ones with the dangerous Russian connections.
Photos have emerged showing former President Bill Clinton met with President Putin in 2010 near Moscow after being paid $500,000 for a speech in Russia, and before Hillary Clinton approved the Uranium One deal. This was the agreement to sell Uranium One, a Canadian company holding 20 percent of America’s uranium, to Rosatom, the Russian energy company.
Documents show that Bill Clinton asked to get clearance from the U.S. State Department to meet with a key member of Rosatom’s board and 15 other Russians. However, he did not end up meeting with them, according to his spokesperson. Instead, Clinton met with Vladimir Putin at his private home.
According to Congressman Ron Desantis (R-FL) a confidential informant for the FBI wants to come forward with details on this uranium deal, but was previously warned not to by the Obama Justice Department. Recently, the House Oversight Committee announced it would be looking into the deal, and Chairman Grassley has asked the Justice Department to lift the informant’s gag order.
The flow of money and the timing of the deal couldn’t be more damning for the Clintons, Mueller and Obama:
1. The agreement was reached while Clinton was Secretary of State under Barack Obama
2. Some of the investors in Russian-backed Uranium One had relationships with Bill Clinton
3. These investors also donated to the Clinton Foundation
4. Hillary Clinton’s approval was required for the sale of U.S. uranium to Rosatom
5. Robert Mueller, head of the FBI under the Obama administration, had evidence of money laundering and bribery related to the uranium deal.
New information has now surfaced that questions Mueller’s involvement in Russian commerce. Mueller invested in a hedge fund that recently had large gains based on Russia’s energy industry, by betting against Russia’s state-owned natural gas company. Perhaps this was merely coincidence.
A classified document coming out of Clinton’s State Department in 2009 indicates that Mueller had a role in the Clinton-Uranium One deal. A sample of uranium was seized during a sting operation involving a Russian and several Georgians. The U.S. and the Russians were authorized by the Georgian government to share a sample of the uranium so they could analyze it.
A cable sent by Clinton’s department acknowledges that Mueller will deliver the sample to “underscore our commitment to follow through on this case.” The transfer of the material was to be on the tarmac of an airport, which, coincidentally, was how Attorney General Loretta Lynch exchanged information with Bill Clinton about the FBI’s recent investigation into Hillary Clinton mishandling of classified documents and her illegal server. Again, perhaps Mueller is innocent of any wrongdoing.
But what is proved and unambiguous is that Russian energy officials were taking bribes and laundering money while transporting uranium in the U.S. The same company contributed huge sums to the Clinton Foundation. Mueller’s office was in charge of the investigation and should have alerted senior Obama administration officials, including Hillary Clinton, about the crimes. Did he?
Also involved was Rod Rosenstein, an Obama holdover, who is now supervising the investigation into Trump. Rosenstein was appointed by Barack Obama and he named Mueller as Special Counsel in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation.
The Senate will be looking into the matter, especially who knew what, when.

Why this Matters: Does any thinking American believe that the Hillary Clinton approved the Uranium One deal because it was in the best interest of the U.S. to sell our uranium to a potential enemy? Hopefully, the Clintons will some day be held accountable for their crimes.
