Anti-Trump Insanity Reaches Fevered Pitch

Reps. Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, Elijah Cummings sent letter to Capital One, demanding their records related to President Trump

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, the Trump opposition party is stepping up their game. Democrats are refusing to accept the results of the Attorney General’s summary of the Mueller report, demanding Trump’s resignation, and going after his financial records.

For their part, the Republicans are answering the attack with allegations that Mueller skewed the investigation to make Trump associates look guilty (so they could be indicted). They are also preparing to identify the people behind the coup attempt at the Obama Department of Justice, FBI, and State Department.

The efforts by House Democrats to destroy President Trump.

1. Denying the results of the Mueller investigation. The summary of Mueller’s report that was released by Attorney General William Barr concluded Trump did not colluded with the Russians, nor was there any evidence that he obstructed justice. However, the Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee voted 24 to 17 to demand a release of the full 400-page report

By law, portions of the report must be redacted to protect certain information.

Attorney General William Barr has promised to complete this process by mid-April. That wasn’t good enough for the Committee, who set an arbitrary deadline of April 2, and said they would issue a subpoena for the report. The deadline passed without a subpoena, and Chairman Jerry Nadler said he will wait in order to give Barr “time to change his mind.”

2. Demanding President Trump release his tax records. Rep. Richard Neal sent a letter to the IRS demanding Trump’s tax returns for 2013-2018. Neal said he is confident he has the legal right to do so, and the committee attorneys signed off on his request. Neal cited an obscure law that he says allows him to examine anyone’s confidential tax filings.

3. Exceeding authority. In March, chairpersons of three Democrat-run House committees—Reps. Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters, and Elijah Cummings—sent a letter demanding that Capital One Financial Corporation hand over all of the President’s financial records related to his businesses, real estate, and foreign investments. The committee exceeded the authority they have under House Rule X and did not notify Republican committee members of their actions.

4. Threatening impeachment. Rep. Maxine Waters says that the findings of the Mueller Report will not deter her from calling for Trump’s impeachment. Waters told an audience at the Women’s National Democratic Club Dinner on Tuesday that the United States’ allies can’t believe Americans elected Trump—but “they are going to believe it when we get rid of him.”

5. Getting help from Fake News media. On Wednesday, The New York Times published a story that alleged Mueller’s team of attorneys is frustrated because the report on Trump is more damaging than what Attorney General Barr stated in his memo. There were no sources cited for the Times’ story, and Mueller himself is helping Barr to redact the full report of any confidential information.

How the Republicans are pushing back.

1. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) wrote a letter to Attorney General Barr identifying instances where Mueller used only portions of emails in his indictments in order to cast suspicion on the Trump campaign.

  • Court filings against George Papadopolous (who spent 14 days in jail for lying to the FBI) lacked context which fed “speculation and innuendo that distorts the facts.”
  • The full emails explain that the Trump campaign wanted someone low-level to decline invitations from foreign states. However, media outlets used this as “evidence” that the Trump campaign wanted to meet with the Russians.
  • The Senators also allege improper political influence, misconduct, and mismanagement by the FBI during the original probe into Russian collusion.
  • They noted that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz was asked a year ago to review the original FBI investigation.

2. Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) said criminal referrals are coming and will be sent to the President. Nunes said there are up to two dozen people associated with the FBI and Department of Justice he will recommend for criminal prosecution because they lied and misled Congress.

3. Coup assistance by US ambassadors. Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) says the upcoming release of documents will show that US ambassadors conspired with the FBI and the Justice Department to harm Trump. They violated civil liberties by fraudulently obtaining court orders to spy.

Why this Matters: This is just the beginning of the storm that will soon be hitting our nation. We can expect all of the material related to wrongdoing by the Obama administration to be released, including the FISA applications to spy on the Trump campaign, the FBI agents’ interview notes—called 302s–and documents pertaining to two congressional oversight committees called the Gang of Eight.

Investigative reporters John Solomon and Sara Carter have been reporting on the attempted coup to remove Trump since the campaign. Solomon was interviewed by Mark Levin on Fox News this week, and told a story about being approached by two men he assumed were intelligence officials (although they never identified themselves) who told him the story went much deeper than the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance abuses and that the intelligence community was used for a political opposition research project and they were deeply concerned. They told Solomon, “Keep digging.”

Ending Infanticide

House Republicans signed a discharge petition to protect babies born alive after an abortion, which forces Speaker Pelosi to bring the bill to the floor if 218 will sign it. The petition sits at 191 signatures.

Pictured: Rep. Steve Scalise and Rep. Ann Wagner to filed the petition.

Take action: If your Rep. has signed, don’t hesitate to call and say “thank you.” If your Rep. hasn’t signed, call and tell them to sign! Pray that God will bring this issue into the open and that lawmakers will stand for life.

When the election is certified, Hagedorn will increase the conservative majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 4-3 to 5-2.

No taxpayer-funded gender surgery. Texas prisoner Scott Lynn Gibson wants gender surgery in addition to hormone treatments and mental health care, but he was turned down by the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. A three-judge panel ruled 2-1 that refusing surgery does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment. Gibson’s lawyer is taking the case to the full 5th circuit.

A new FEC complaint has been filed against AOC. It alleges Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her chief-of-staff operated an illegal subsidy scheme that allowed her to raise more money than she would have been allowed to legally. AOC called the FEC complaint “bogus.”

  • AOC is known for her “Green New Deal,” and is a thorn in the side of old guard Democrats because she has no respect for their leadership and continues to pull the party far left.

Hillary colluded. Rasmussen Reports conducted a poll and found that 47 percent of likely US voters think it was Hillary, not Trump, that colluded with foreign operatives during the 2016 campaign. Only 45 percent think it was President Trump.

How to Pray: As always, for truth to prevail and for people to wake up. Pray for the truth about gender “reassignment” to be exposed. Pray for the end of “sanctuary” designations to protect criminals. Pray for Hagedorn’s election victory to be certified. Pray for the protection and health of the President and that he would make wise decisions.

  1. they need to promote forgiveness real fast, maybe that’s what is being portrayed, the faults of many wars and secret decisions, that caused mayhem down the years, and the harm that was sowed, maybe it’s all that energy speaking up, amen

  2. The democratic behavior since election day couldn’t be funnier and sadder at the same time.
