When will Democrats be Investigated?

Ukrainian officials have evidence that Democrats colluded with Ukraine’s government to interfere in the 2016 election in order to help Hillary, and obstruct ongoing criminal investigations. Several top law enforcement officials in Ukraine have tried to get visas from the US embassy in Kiev to deliver the evidence to Washington. They were blocked by US Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, an Obama appointee.

Ukrainian officials affected the election by:

  • Publicly questioning Trump’s fitness for office
  • Leaking payments implicating Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort in corruption (which may or may not be factual)
  • Suggesting they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election
  • Passing along damaging information on Trump and his advisers

The efforts by Ukraine’s prosecutor general have been met with disinterest by the US Department of Justice and State Department. If the information is found to be accurate, that means the DNC and Hillary’s campaign were assisted by a foreign power.

Add collusion to the list of criminal enterprises undertaken by leading Democrats.

  • The sale of 20 percent of US uranium to Russia with payments to Bill and Hillary Clinton and their foundation
  • Hillary’s lost 33,000 classified emails
  • Hillary’s use of an illegal private server which was said to be “hacked” by the Chinese—but may have been a deliberate act to provide the Chinese with complementary copies of every State Department email that was sent or received while Hillary was Secretary of State
  • The Awan brothers scam where these Pakistani nationals and their cohorts ran the IT department for 20+ House Democrats, giving them access to classified information. Imran Awan the leader of the pack, absconded with stolen IT equipment, data, and money. He was caught and charged with mortgage fraud
  • Democrat presidential hopeful and former Vice President Joe Biden’s directive to the government of Ukraine to stop an investigation into his son’s dealings with Ukraine-based Burisma Holdings natural gas company.

Criminal Referrals of Obama Officials

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) plans to submit eight criminal referrals to the Justice Department this week related to the Obama administration’s mishandling of the Trump-Russia collusion investigation:

  • Leaking classified information to the media about a dozen times
  • Manipulating intelligence
  • Tricking foreign intelligence surveillance court judges in order to get warrants to spy on the Trump campaign

Each referral could involve more than one person; conspiracy referral could involve a dozen or two dozen people. The Justice Department is not obligated to investigate any of these referrals.

Nunes also filed a $150 million defamation lawsuit against McClatchy and other news organizations on Monday alleging they conspired to derail his oversight work into the Hillary Clinton campaign and Russian election interference. In March, Nunes filed a similar $250 million lawsuit against Twitter and a Republican consultant.

Attorney General William Barr says that instead of appointing a special counsel to investigate the investigators, he will consider doing that himself.

President Trump and DHS Secretary Nielsen at the border in Calexico, CA

Border Battle Intensifies in Court

On Monday, a US judge issued an injunction, stopping the Border Patrol from sending certain asylum seekers back to Mexico to await an immigration hearing, which can take years because of the backlog of cases.

This was part of the MPP program (Migrant Protection Protocols) which President Trump was using to try and slow the flood of immigrants that is at its highest level in ten years. MPP was challenged by civil rights groups who argued that the policy violated US and international law and failed to properly evaluate the dangers migrants face in Mexico. The lawsuit also and accused DHS officials of depriving migrant foreign nationals their rights under the US Constitution.

Liberal judges continue to rule that asylum seekers and immigrants have the same rights as citizens.

The administration is facing several other legal challenges, including:

  • Lawsuits filed by House Democrats and the ACLU challenging the President using a national emergency declaration to shift of money from the military to secure the border.
  • Lawsuits regarding the emergency declaration filed by the Sierra Club, the Southern Border Communities Coalition, and a group of 16 states.
  • A lawsuit filed by another coalition of 20 states to stop President Trump from diverting $1.6 billion in federal taxpayer funds to build the wall.
  • Challenges to the detention of asylum seekers while they await an immigration hearing.
  • A judge’s order that asylum seekers must be granted an immigration hearing within seven days or be released.

President Trump visited the border city of Calexico, California on Friday and held a roundtable with law enforcement. He also saw new sections of the border wall and replacement wall.

Two days later, he fired DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and appointed Kevin McAleenan, the current Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, as Acting Secretary.

Mr. Trump also removed US Secret Service Director Randolph “Tex” Alles, who reports directly to the DHS Secretary, and selected as a replacement James M. Murray, a career member of the USSS.

California Governor Gavin Newsom kicked off a tour in El Salvador on Monday to “learn more about the root causes of migration to the US” and to contradict what he calls President Trump’s “demoralizing rhetoric,” and the President’s cut of direct aid to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.

To put things in perspective, Border Patrol apprehended 100,000 immigrants in March.

  • The cities of West Palm Beach and Santa Barbara both have around 100,000 residents.
  • Five states don’t have any cities with populations over 100,000: Delaware, Maine, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Why this Matters: Some analysts believe 260,000 Hondurans and Guatemalans will arrive in the US by 2020. This year alone, at least one million people will seek asylum, and according to US law, they must be released into the US.

Some on the left are finally admitting there is a crisis at the border, but they argue that the answer is to eliminate the border altogether, and viola, no more crisis! This is the old Cloward-Piven strategy of 1966: create a crisis and then bring in the solution that you want. In this case, overwhelm the welfare system then bring in the solution, which is a national system of guaranteed annual income.

Sound familiar, aka “Green New Deal”?

Calls to eliminate the electoral college fit right in. Consider this: 43 states have fewer residents than the city of Los Angeles. If the electoral college is eliminated, representative government is eliminated and majority rules. Population centers such as LA, Chicago, New York, etc., will decide the outcome of elections. The only states that have more residents than the city of Los Angeles are California, Texas, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Take heart! Even though this seems to be mission impossible, God is able.

Gideon, whose tiny army was incapable of beating the hundreds of thousands in the Midianite army, was told by God to separate out the fearful and then allow God to “try them” that remained. Out of the 22,000, Gideon was left with just 300 men who won the battle because God delivered their enemies into their hands.

How to Pray: That God will win this battle for us, taking pity on all who trust in Him. Remind Him that He is a God of judgment and justice, and borders and walls are His idea. Pray that believers will have faith in our Almighty God.

Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 12:1-2 – Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
