Child’s Sex Change Reprieve!

The case of 7-year-old James Younger, whose mother has told him he is a girl, has received national attention. On Wednesday, a jury ruled in favor of the mother, deciding she should have sole managing conservatorship for his care—which included her plans to have him begin chemical castration when he turns 8.

The public outcry against the jury’s decision was so great, Judge Kim Cooks reversed the jury’s decision, ruling instead that parents should have joint conservatorship and both should have a say in his medical treatment.

• James’ parents have been arguing over his gender identity ever since his mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, found him playing with a doll from “Frozen”
• She renamed him “Luna.”
• Jeffrey Younger, James’ dad, says he acts like a boy when he is away from his mother.
• Family friends report that at his fifth birthday party, Georgulas forced him to wear a dress and James was so embarrassed, he hid in a corner and cried.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted that the attorney general’s office and the department of family and protective services are looking into the situation.

Keep praying for this little boy, his twin brother Jude, and the parents. Pray that the affirmation he is receiving from his father will be stronger than the confusion coming from his mother and the “therapists” who have advised on transition. Pray for an end to this transgender insanity. God is not confused about males and females; he made one XX and the other XY. There is nothing else.

Head of ISIS Dead

President Trump announced Sunday morning that U.S. special forces killed top ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi during a night raid in the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib. Baghdadi dragged three children into a dead-end tunnel with him, then detonated his explosive vest, killing them all. Several of Baghdadi’s fighters were also eliminated.

“Last night was a great night for the United States and for the World. A brutal killer, one who has caused so much hardship and death, was violently eliminated—he will never again harm another innocent man, woman, or child. He died like a dog. He died like a coward. The world is now a much safer place,” President Trump told the nation.

Permanent Ceasefire

President Trump announced on Wednesday that there had been a major breakthrough towards peace between Turkey and the Kurds; he called it a “permanent” ceasefire agreed to by all sides, but cautioned “permanent” is difficult in the Middle East. The terms are:

• US sanctions against Turkey will be lifted, unless the country fails to live up to its commitments under the ceasefire.
• Turkey must ensure religious and ethnic minorities are protected, and ISIS must not be allowed to resurge.
• A “small” number of U.S. troops will remain in the region to guard oil; the U.S. will decide what will be done with the oil at a later time.
• Kurdish General Mazloum stated some ISIS prisoners escaped but have since been recaptured

“Countless lives are now being saved as the result of our negotiation with Turkey,” no American lives were lost and no American blood was spilled as a result of the troop withdrawal…Let someone else fight over this long bloodstained sand,” the President stated.

Why this Matters: Not all have been in favor of the US withdrawal of troops from the area. However, after the death of Baghdadi, even the pro-war Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was pleased, calling it a “game changer” in the war on terror. “The caliphate is dead and the leader of the caliphate is dead and that’s a big deal,” Graham said.

Pray for continued de-escalations in this area. May God continue to bless the President’s efforts to pull our troops and our nation out of “endless wars,” even as he continues to rid the world of ISIS and its fellows.

Criminal Investigation into Obama Officials

Blockbuster news broke on Thursday that Attorney General William Barr has opened a criminal investigation into Obama officials who initiated the Russian collusion hoax. Italy’s prime minister testified to parliament that he permitted Barr and Special Prosecutor John Durham to meet with Italian intelligence officials August 15 and September 27 in Rome. He said it was the correct decision and was arranged through proper channels.

Two names Barr admitted to questioning were former CIA Director John Brennan and former DNI James Clapper. Former FBI general counsel James Baker, who was fired, is cooperating with Barr and Durham.

Why this Matters: What should follow are criminal indictments, the appointing of grand juries, and general panic in Washington DC.

GOP House “Siege”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and dozens of fellow House Republicans gathered together on Wednesday before the press and announced they had had enough of Chairman Adam Schiff’s secret impeachment inquiries. Gaetz said, “Underground, in the basement of the Capitol, behind those doors they intend to overturn the results of an American election. We’re going in there to find out what’s going on.” With that, they descended into the basement of the Capitol building and entered Schiff’s hearing without permission.

Upon their arrival, Schiff threatened slapping the Republicans with ethics complaints. He then grabbed his Pentagon witness Laura Cooper, and left the room. Even members of the Armed Services Committee, which has oversight over the Pentagon, were not allowed to attend.

Why this Matters: There is a general distaste among the public for this impeachment circus where the President isn’t even allowed counsel, witnesses, or cross-examination. At least 52 percent of Americans believe it is a political stunt by Democrats, and 59 percent say it’s a waste of time.

• On Friday, the President received the 2019 “Bipartisan Justice Award” from the 20/20 Bipartisan Justice Center, a group founded by 20 black Republicans and 20 Black Democrats for his work on criminal justice reform. Specifically, President Trump created the First Step Act, which provides benefits to prisoners who participate in programs and expands early release for elderly individuals and non-violent offenders.

• Among black male voters, President Trump’s approval is at 42 percent. Statistically, if he captures 25 percent of the total black vote, his re-election is assured.

Charges About to be Dropped?

Gen. Michael Flynn former National Security Adviser to President Trump, was charged with lying to the FBI as part of the Russian collusion probe. Flynn pleaded guilty, but the sentencing has been postponed several times. Now we know why. Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, filed a brief this week asking for the prosecution to provide all of the evidence against him. In her brief, she exposes significant new evidence that establishes a concerted effort to entrap Flynn with an ambush-style interview, where they tricked him into making statements they could later allege to be false.

Here are some of the dramatic facts in her brief:

• James Clapper told Washington Post reporter David Ignatius to “take the kill shot on Flynn” January 10, 2017
• January 23, the day before the interview, the upper echelon of the FBI has a meeting to plot the ambush.
• They discuss how to talk with Flynn in such a way as to keep from alerting him from understanding that he was being interviewed in a criminal investigation of which he was the target
• James Comey throws out all protocols for the interview and has his next-in-command Andrew McCabe set it up
• They told him it was an informal meeting and he didn’t need a lawyer
• Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers who worked at the FBI, heavily edited the notes from the interview with Flynn.
• The final paperwork of the official notes—called f302—has sentences rearranged and answers changed to implicate Flynn.
• Lisa Page instructs Strzok to “Launch f302.”

Concluding her brief, Powell states that Flynn wants the entire case dismissed “based on the outrageous and un-American conduct of law enforcement officials and the subsequent failure of the prosecution to disclose this evidence—which it had in its possession all along—either in a timely fashion or at all.”

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan filed an order on Friday directing federal prosecutors to produce to Flynn’s legal team “any evidence in its possession that is favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment” in a timely manner.

Why this Matters: The sentencing is set for November 4th. It is very possible the charges will be dropped. Late this week it was announced that Andrew McCabe, who was fired as Deputy Director of the FBI, will drop his wrongful termination lawsuit against the department. With the impending charges coming from Barr and Durham, this shows the guilty are running for cover.

Pray that justice will come for all—the guilty and the innocent. God is not mocked, whatever a man sows, he will reap. And for those who are dead set against this president, their day will come.
