POTUS, COVFEFE, and I Will Stand!

President Trump had the nation scratching its head May 31, 2017 when he tweeted the following, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe.” On Saturday, a filly named Covfefe won the Breeder’s Cup for her class and the word became a trending hashtag on Twitter once again.

The President retweeted a story by the Daily Caller about the filly’s win, then added his response,

“Great! But how do you know it was a ‘mistweet?’ May be something with deep meaning!”

Would it surprise you to learn that covfefe is an actual Arabic word that means “I will stand,” and that Google scrubbed the translation following the President’s tweet so no one would find it? This revelation was brought to us by Zach Vorhees, the former Google employee who recently exposed the intense censorship being conducted by the world’s largest search engine. Further documents also reveal that Google’s Derrida team raced to find covfefe misspellings in the searches—or ‘bad’ the misspellings—as well. Anyone trying to figure out the meaning would come away empty-handed.

Scrubbing language of anything that might allow President Trump’s tweet to be understood became paramount. And it worked until Vorhees blew the whistle.

Now media outlets are working even harder to affect the outcome of the 2020 election, which is less than one year away. Every week there is another poll attempting to hijack public opinion with negative numbers for the President–some regarding the election, others impeachment.

The NYT gleefully published a giant hit-piece Saturday related to President Trump’s Twitter account—the same day that a new board for QAnon was opened. The previous board, called 8chan, had been de-platformed because of false allegations it was tied to terror manifestos and leading up to events such as the mosque attack in New Zealand. The Times’ invitation states:

“President Trump has retweeted at least 145 unverified accounts that have pushed conspiracy or fringe content… Read the investigation to explore President Trump’s Twitter account, where he spends time mingling with extremists, racists and spies.” The writers added that Donald Trump Jr. retweeted “Russian intelligence operatives pushing divisive stories about immigration.”

We’re not sure what that actually means.

President Trump has been “standing” despite the constant negative press. Here are some of the highlights from just last week:

  • GDP 1.2 percent better than expected
  • Longest economic expansion in US history—beating previous record set between March 1991-March 2001
  • Real disposable personal income (measured after taxes) increased at a 2.9 percent annual rate for the third quarter
  • Black unemployment rate another historic low at 5.4 percent; overall unemployment 3.6 percent
  • Dow, NASDAQ, S & P 500 hit new record highs
  • Illegal border crossings down 60 percent since May; with help from 27,000 Mexican soldiers stationed at the border
  • Death of ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi and his successor

Cap for Refugees – Lowest Ever

President Trump will allow just 18,000 refugees into the US: including 5,000 fleeing religious persecution, 4,000 for Iraqis, and 1,500 for key Central American partner countries. In comparison, the Obama administration had set a target of 117,000 for 2017.

Under Trump, localities have a chance to consent before refugees are sent to their jurisdictions.

Help for 443,000 children in Foster Care

President Trump is working to repeal an Obama regulation that bars federally funded adoption and foster-care programs from serving families based on their religious beliefs. Going forward, faith-based organizations will be allowed to reject parents based on sexual orientation/transgenderism.

Appointed 157 constitutionalist judges

How to Pray: Thank God for these gains that reflect biblical values. Pray for the corrupt and biased media to repent and change or to be replaced by honest and fair reporting. For the President’s health and safety and for justice done for those who have been slandered publicly.

Pray for the release of Pastor Bryan Nerren, a Christian pastor from Tennessee, has been arrested and detained in India after being accused of violating the country’s Foreign Exchange Management Act.

Pray for the safe return of Aniah Blanchard, 19, missing from Auburn, AL since Oct. 23.

Is. 57:19-21 – I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him. But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
