Remember Lazarus? He was in the tomb for four days before Jesus arrived. Well, it’s day four and the rotting body of our election is in the grave, beginning to stink. But perhaps God is about to perform a miracle–this time through the US Supreme Court.

Just after midnight, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (pictured above) filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania for violating the Electors Clause of the US Constitution. Each of these states made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, when the only body allowed to make changes is the individual state legislatures.

Their unlawful actions have affected the entire nation.

Additionally, there were differences in voting rules and procedures per county, violating the Equal Protection Clause. Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the States to allow their legislatures to appoint electors, going around the fraudulent ballot tallies. The lawsuit reads:

“By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution”

Fraud doesn’t have to be proven–although there is more than enough evidence–and this lawsuit goes straight to the top, cutting out the lower courts. Tuesday afternoon, The Court agreed to hear the case.

The President predicted on Monday, “The case has been made; you’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.” The lawsuit was likely foremost in his mind, but he also tweeted a link to Tucker Carlson’s video of a Beijing professor bragging how China has powerful people at the top of “America’s core inner circle of power and influence.”

The professor describes an American agent of the Chinese government who helped them with a propaganda campaign in D.C. They ran into problems when Donald Trump was elected, because “Wall Street can’t fix Trump,” and therefore they all got to work electing Biden.

One of the most damning pieces of evidence of this lucrative relationship is a document outlining the Chinese government’s $5 million loan to the Biden family. Now the Chinese Communist Party hopes to move that relationship “forward” with a president Biden.

President Trump’s allies have known of this collusion between China and America’s elite for some time.

  • John Ratcliffe, US Director of National Intelligence, recently published an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal warning that officials in China are engaged in a massive influence campaign which targeted US lawmakers—way beyond what is being done by Russia and Iran. If successful, Chinese-owned manufacturing facilities in the US could influence union chiefs and lawmakers to do China’s bidding. If not, they risk losing thousands of American jobs.
  • Secretary of State Pompeo spoke at a governors’ association meeting saying Beijing was seeking to use them to undermine the United States and “gain advantage over us at the federal level, the state level and the local level.” China assigned each governor a label: friendly, hard-line, or ambiguous. Pompeo called the Chinese Communist Party, “the central threat of our times.” He warned the governors that he was keeping an eye on their relationships.

How interesting that Georgia has a website in China where they are courting Chinese businesses! Governor Brian Kemp recorded a video outlining the welcome mat of state services available to Chinese companies and a list of those that have already settled in Georgia. He’s one the Chinese have labeled “friendly.”

Kemp is friendly to China, but stubborn towards election accountability. Why won’t Kemp call for the auditing of the suspicious absentee ballots—a simple comparison of signatures, or if the number of ballots matches the number of envelopes? He went on Laura Ingraham’s program and begged off, saying he has called for a signature audit, but the power lies with the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger. State officials already had a Zoom meeting in which they decided not to perform a real audit—perhaps because officials made a secret deal in March brokered by Marc Elias, one of Hillary’s lawyers, to relax the signature requirements on absentee ballots, blaming the pandemic.

It’s hard to see how signature verification could not be performed because of a virus.
It’s easy to see how the Supreme Court might want to decide if this kind of rule-making violated the Constitution.

Message Sent and Received?

Kemp could use his emergency powers as governor to overrule Secretary Raffensperger and verify signatures. Perhaps Kemp lost the will to do so. The day after his appearance with Laura Ingraham, there was a terrible car accident in Savannah, Georgia. Three people walked away with minor injuries, and one was killed: Harrison Deal, the boyfriend of Kemp’s daughter, and staffer for GA Senator Kelly Loeffler.

Georgia has an important run-off election on January 5 between Republican Senators David Perdue and Loeffler, and their Democrat opponents. President Trump campaigned in Valdosta, Georgia for them on Saturday, because the Republicans’ majority hold on the US Senate is at stake.

Perdue and Loeffler have been curiously subdued about election fraud, although they did call for Raffensperger’s resignation. This was before the release of the “suitcase” CCTV video. It shows Democrat officials pulling out several giant suitcases full of ballots late at night after Republican observers were sent home. The video shows batches of ballots being fed multiple times into the tabulator.

At the rally on Saturday, when these two Senators could have said something, anything, about the fraud, they said nothing. The crowd chanting, “Fight for Trump, fight for Trump,” fell on deaf ears. How easy would it be for the Chinese to use financial incentives or blackmail to control our elections?

  • Gov. Kemp met Chinese Consul General Li Qiangmin at the Chinese consulate in Houston, which was known to be a spy hub, on July 12, 2019.
  • The next day, Kemp signed a deal to spend $107 million of Georgia taxpayers’ money on Dominion machines, which were selected by Raffensperger.
  • Security and Exchange Commission fillings show that the parent company of Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million from an investment bank in Switzerland mostly owned (75 percent) by the Chinese Communist Government.

A Burden on the Secretary

The Georgia Senate held an election hearing to look into anomalies.Testimony by the attorney for Secretary Raffensperger revealed that the Dominion machines received a system-wide software update in the days before the election, but the machines were not re-certified. Raffensperger made the decision to skip this step–although not illegal, it is certainly questionable.

Raffensperger hired Pro V&V to audit Dominion machines following the election and allegation of fraud. Pro V&V confirmed there was no “hack” or tampering.

An election security lawsuit was filed against Raffensperger in October that disclosed Dominion’s close relationship with the auditing firm, Pro V&V. In fact, Pro V&V’s lab director accepted Dominion’s word that the system was secure. They did not do any independent testing. The judge found this problematic, and wrote that malware in the system could have defeated voting results. However, the judge also ruled that the argument to conducttheNovember election with paper ballots would be too hard on the Secretary of State’s office.

Why This Matters: DNI Ratcliffe has until December 18 to report on foreign interference in our elections. An executive order issued by President Trump on September 12, 2018, puts sanctions on foreigners (and their American agents) who interfere or undermine public confidence in our elections, including covert distribution of propaganda and information. This constitutes an extraordinary threat to our national security.

Media outlets and big tech could be implicated. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg poured $400 million into the election, paying election workers, providing training, and renting polling stations in various states. The donations to Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civil Life is about the same amount as Congress’s provision for running elections, according to Phill Kline of the Amistad Project.

When did it become okay for leftist organizations to train election workers or control any portion of our vote? It will come as no surprise that the money was spent in Democrat population centers, and the center’s website boasts that 80 million voters in 2018 were served by election officials trained (and granted money) by Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life.

How to Pray: Thank God for His continual mercy in exposing the lies and the liars, and that more people are waking up to this corruption. Pray for the family and friends of Harrison Deal, that God would comfort them. Pray that God will receive the glory for an election miracle that is about to manifest!

John 11:39-45 – Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid.
And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.
