Big Win! OSHA Suspends Vaccine Mandates

Freedom and personal autonomy just won a victory on the vaccination front. OSHA has suspended implementation and enforcement of the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for private employers with more than 100 workers. This comes after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals kept in place a stay on the “emergency” regulation forcing the jab. The Court cited “grave constitutional concerns and gamesmanship by the administration.”

OSHA states that the suspension is in place pending future developments in the litigation.

This comes as a huge disappointment to the White House, which is facing an onslaught of legal challenges.

AG Merrick Garland Caught Lying to Congress

The Attorney General recently addressed Congress about the FBI designating as “domestic terrorists” parents who attended school board meetings to protest CRT, face masks, and lack of protection for their children. He lied, saying he knew nothing about it.

  • Rep. Jim Jordan and other Republicans sent a scathing letter to AG Garland calling him on it and stating that a whistleblower provided documentsproving the FBI created a “threat tag” to track parents who made menacing statements against school board members, teachers, and staff.
  • An Oct. 4 memo written by Garland outlined how federal agents would take the lead to prosecute parents under the Patriot Act. This was prior to his Oct. 21 testimony when he said the department was not using counterterrorism statutes and resources in such a manner, and that “I can’t even imagine the circumstances” under which this would be done.
  • The GOP members of the House Judiciary Committee accused Garland of using counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group–the NASB. They want Garland to return for a new round of questioning.
  • The threat tagging coincides with the National School Boards Association’s CEO asking the White House to call the parents’ actions domestic terrorism.

Awaiting a Verdict–Or a Mistrial

The idea of a fair trial is not acceptable to the Antifa/Black Lives Matter crowd that has gathered outside the Kenosha courthouse for the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. The judge continues to receive death threats against himself and his family, and the jurors are also being threatened—specifically by opponents who have taken their pictures and are promising to publish their names and addresses if they do not find Rittenhouse guilty.

On Wednesday, the defense asked for a mistrial because prosecutors pulled in video footage during closing arguments which was sent to the defense as a lower quality version. The defense is asking for a mistrial without prejudice, which could mean a second trial.

The jury will continue deliberating on Thursday, and 500 National Guard troops are on standby. If they had been called up before the riots, this trial wouldn’t be happening.

Pending God’s Indictment

The Deep State has a foothold in several areas, including the prisoners and patriots of January 6. Steve Bannon is the latest Trump associate to be targeted. He was indicted with two counts of Contempt of Congress for defying a January 6 House Committee subpoena, a misdemeanor offense. For this, he was handcuffed after he turned himself in Monday morning and pleaded not guilty.

  • Bannon told supporters: “This is going to be the misdemeanor from hell for [AG] Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.”
  • In refusing to testify, Bannon invoked executive privilege for the conversations he had as former Chief Strategist to Donald Trump.
  • Democrats who refused a similar Congressional subpoena but were not indicted include Eric Holder, for the Fast and Furious sales of weapons to drug cartels, and Lois Lerner, who led a witch hunt on conservative organizations through her position at the IRS.

A second figure in the Jan 6th demonstration at the Capitol was charged Wednesday. Jacob Chansley pleaded guilty to the felony “obstruction of an official proceeding,” and has been sentenced by Judge Royce Lamberth to 41 months in prison. Chansley has already been in jail for 317 days and held in solitary confinement. He does not have a criminal record, but he does have mental health issues.

Alex Jones was found guilty by a judge of defamation by default in a lawsuit filed by Sandy Hook families. The judge in Connecticut ruled that Jones was unwilling to turn over the requested records to the courts.

  • Jones says the court refused to accept the financial records he presented, and told the judge that other “marketing” records do not exist because Jones doesn’t use a marketing plan for his talk show.
  • This ruling follows three previous rulings that said Jones must pay damages after describing the 2012 shooting as a “false flag.
  • A false flag is simply an operation that is purported to be conducted by one entity when it is actually being undertaken by another entity. It comes from the high seas when pirates captured a ship but kept the original flag flying as a ruse.
  • Jones’ lawyer claims Jones no longer believes that Sandy Hook was a false flag, but the lawsuit alleges this is irrelevant because the damage of the accusations was already done.
  • Juries in both states will next decide how much Jones will pay the families in damages. Those decisions are expected next year.

Signs of Retreat

Longtime pro-abortion Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA), Rep. G.K. Butterfield (D-NC) and Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), announced Wednesday they will not seek re-election. There are now 15 House Democrats who will not run for another term, and just 10 Republicans. Retirements are often a key indicator of a political party’s lack of confidence in maintaining its majority through an upcoming election.

Big News:

  • Washington scuttlebutt has it that there may be a big change coming due to a huge rift between Biden and Harris. The rules for confirming a new vice president are being reviewed.
  • Washington DC is ending the indoor mask mandate Nov. 22, except for schools
  • The families of dozens of US military service members are still stranded in Afghanistan. According to the State Department, they are ineligible for parolee status and their qualifications to be evacuated haven’t been verified.
  • Biden will soon announce a diplomatic boycott of the Bejing Winter Olympics for China’s human rights abuses, but will likely remove punitive tariffs leveled by the Trump administration against the Chinese Communist Party.
  • transgender professor at Old Dominion University has been placed on administrative leave for their own protection after posting a video advocating for pedophiles, which the professor wants to rename “people who are sexually attracted to children.”

Why this Matters: Only an upside down government rewards rioters but imprisons non-violent protesters. Only a sick society applauds perversions while punishing parents. Only a nation denying God’s judgment dares reward liars and thieves while protecting them in court.

While we await God’s remedy, we must shine as lights in the world–suffering persecution because the truth is persecuted.

How to pray: For all who have been falsely accused, for the Truth to eventually come forth, for liars to be exposed and criminals to suffer justice. Pray that those who are imprisoned to meet Jesus, and as Peter admonished, may God save us from this wicked generation.

Acts 2:38-40 – Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
