Five Stunning Proofs of Hillary’s Guilt

The 2016 campaign was a saga of espionage and dirty tricks to make sure that Donald Trump would not make it into office, and once he was in, to dog his presidency with scandal. All of this has been exposed and detailed during the trial of Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann, who used a two-pronged attack to dupe the FBI into a fake connection between Trump Towers and Russian Alfa Bank.

Sussmann is now on trial for lying to the FBI during his initial meeting where he presented phony data, saying he was not there on behalf of any client. 

• Sussmann is a lawyer at Perkins Coie, representing Hillary and two factions of the official Democrat party. He is the first to be indicted in Special Counsel John Durham’s multi-year investigation.

Here is what we have learned in court:

1. Hillary personally approved of the plot

Robby Mook, former Clinton campaign manager, told the jury that Hillary personally approved a plan to spread the phony claim of covert communications between the Trump organization and Alfa Bank.

Note: The falsified data had a myriad of holes, and even some of Hillary’s campaign staffers didn’t take it seriously. It has now been completely debunked.

Oops. Clinton was not supposed to be the object of the Sussmann trial, after Obama Judge Christopher Cooper limited the scope of the trial to “spare the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee…potential embarrassment.” Mook was actually called to testify by Sussmann’s lawyers.

Let’s keep in mind what was known before the trial began, specifically that President Obama was also aware of the plan and approved the FBI’s involvement. According to declassified notes:

• On July 28, 2016, CIA Director John Brennan told President Obama that Hillary was planning to tie Donald Trump to Russia to distract the public from her use of a private email server, and that Hillary approved “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

Three days later, the FBI’s investigation into Trump-Russia collusion began,which included faulty evidence called the “Steele Dossier” or “Dirty Dossier,” named after Christopher Steele, the British spy who falsified the information. 

2. Sussmann Lied to Top FBI Lawyer

Sussmann’s operation was designed with a two-pronged infiltration of the FBI. Sussmann planted the story with top FBI lawyer Jim Baker, telling him he was presenting the information as a concerned citizen, not on behalf of any client. Then he used Rodney Joffe to plant the same story within a different faction of the FBI. Both men asked that their names be kept secret.

3. Joffe Lies to 2nd FBI Agent

Sussmann’s tech associate Rodney Joffe, who led a team of computer experts and came up with the phony link, brought in the second prong. He had a unique set of qualifications for this part of the scheme.

• Joffe was an FBI asset
• Had been a personal advisor to President Obama on cybersecurity and other issues
• Was close to former FBI Director James Comey
• Came in “independently” to back Sussmann’s fake story, spilling it to another Special Agent

Joffe went to Special Agent Tom Grasso, a friend who nominated him for an FBI award for cyber crime investigation in 2013. On either October 1 or 2, 2016, Joffe called Grasso and told him about a supposed tie between Alfa Bank and Trump, and also told him there was an ongoing investigation. Joffe asked that his name be kept a secret.

Agent Grasso took the information forward, despite knowing that Joffe did not go through his handler. In doing so, Joffe violated his contract with the FBI and was subsequently fired. 

4. Priestap Testimony – FBI “Fired Up” to Investigate Trump

FBI assistant director of the Counterintelligence Division Bill Priestap testified that the FBI leadership was “fired up” about the Alfa Bank-Trump allegations. Priestap is the agent who interviewed Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a former Trump official, and had Flynn arrested for lying to the FBI. Priestap made the ultimate decision to launch the Trump-Russia collusion probe.

• Flynn’s case, based on charges that he provided false statements to investigators regarding his contact with a Russian ambassador, came from that investigation. He was later pardoned by President Trump.

5. Paid for by Hillary Clinton

Although Sussmann did not testify in his trial, he did testify before Congress. He told a House Committee that “it’s most accurate to say that [giving info on Alfa Bank/Trump] was done on behalf of my client.” Sussmann then billed his company $3 million to do the work of creating the connection via Alfa Bank’s server. At the time, he represented Hillary for America, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and the Democratic National Committee. 

Sussmann purchased two flash drives at Staples in DC, for which he billed Hillary, which points to the use of these flash drives for the information given to the FBI. It’s unclear from the records if the hours charged to the Clinton campaign were charged for his meeting with Baker, and the defense countered that Sussmann put his taxi fares to and from the meeting on his expense report, but did not bill Clinton or any other client.

Note: Talk about circular funding! According to evidence submitted by the prosecutor’s team, Sussman’s Perkins Coie law firm got paid more than $3 million in 2016/17 by Joffe’s company while Joffe was an FBI source. 

The jury will hear closing arguments next, and then will deliberate. After the trial, we will see if Durham issues further indictments against Rodney Joffe and others. 

Why this Matters: What Christopher Steele did with a fabricated dirty dossier, Sussmann did with a phony Alfa Bank connection. While all this was going on, the entire Clinton campaign worked to conceal the originators of the plot, denying the fact that the Steele dossier was funded by the Clinton campaign, and peddled the story to the media. Sussmann continued to push the Alfa Bank claims after Trump was elected. Trial witnesses even admitted that they hoped the media would make the claims stick.

Disinformation Board–It’s Baaaaack!

Former DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff will head the “Disinformation Board.” Chertoff is a co-author of the Patriot Act, which legalized the surveillance of Americans, and a perpetuator of the Trump-Russia hoax. He labeled The Gateway Pundit and Breitbart as top Russia disinformation websites because they did not believe the media lies about collusion.

Why this Matters: Let’s remember that the same group of people that promoted falsehoods about covid, the “vaccines,” and Trump-Russia collusion also censored the truth about covid remedies, Hunter Biden’s laptop, and January 6, among others. Now they want to be arbiters of the truth!

• For example, James Baker, the former FBI General Counsel who took in Sussman’s phony Alfa Bank story and pursued it is now the Deputy General Counsel at Twitter. Without the media’s hype and continual promotion of a Trump-Russia collusion story, it would have ended when the facts were vetted and found wanting. 
• Sadly, the media continues to be in the bag for the Democrat elites. Meanwhile, nothing seems to touch the Clintons or the Obamas–yet!

How to Pray: It’s all in God’s hands. Pray for the jury to judge fairly, for the timing of justice for the Clintons and others. Pray for the preservation of truth until that day. Pray for the continued awakening of the public.
