The Supreme Court has released several important decisions, flipping LGBTQ’s satanic pride month upside down, so that it ends in honor and praise to the Almighty! All told, we have judges also ruling to protecting our right to express our faith, protect ourselves, and protect citizens’ rights in local elections.
After the justices released their decision overturning Roe v. Wade last week and sending it back to the states, several states announced that abortion would no longer be legal, unless the life of the mother is in danger. It is projected that 26 states will eventually ban abortion.
From Life Site News, states now protecting babies from abortions:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- Missouri
- Ohio
- Oklahoma
- South Dakota
- Texas
- Utah
States where abortion will soon be illegal:
- Idaho
- Mississippi
- North Dakota
- Tennessee
- Wyoming
States with Heartbeat laws:
- Georgia
- Iowa
- South Carolina
West Virginia and Wisconsin have old abortion bans in place and abortion businesses have stopped killing babies, but there are some enforcement questions to be sorted out.
How to Pray: Other states, such as California, are looking to expand abortion, including after birth–which they call the “perinatal” period. Pray that God will wake up Americans in these states to fight this atrocity.

The Other Side Fights Back
Justice Kavanaugh was targeted for assassination by a man in the crowd of protesters standing outside his home—already an illegal act. The suspect had traveled from California, and had a pistol, ammo clips, and burglary tools. He was apprehended after placing a 911 call in which he admitted to having suicidal thoughts and planning to kill Kavanaugh.
Rep. Maxine Watters has vowed to defy the Supreme Court, saying, “The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them.” We note that doing so would be an act of insurrection, since she is a sitting lawmaker who took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
Corporate America is lining up to offer to send their employees to abortion-friendly states if the need arises. This includes Disney, PayPal, Expedia, Bank of America, Disney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and the list continues to grow. As one Twitter account put it:
- The idea that employers will pay a female employee’s expenses to go kill a baby, so she can remain at work as a productive employee, is so much more dystopian than any of the handmaids’ tales.
Google has gone one better, offering to relocate anyone who wants to move to a blue state. Pres. Biden will allow federal employees to use sick leave to get abortions in other states. HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra tells NBC News he’s considering providing taxpayer funded transportation for federal employees to get out-of-state abortions.

A Little History
The segment of the population most effected by abortion is the black community. Interestingly, the woman who founded Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a racist eugenicist who believed that blacks, some migrants, and the handicapped were subhuman. She set up the first abortion clinics in predominantly black neighborhoods.
The Roe v. Wade case was based on a lie—that “Jane Roe” was pregnant due to gang rape. Norma McCorvey, the Jane Roe, had one-on-one consensual sex when she conceived. Her daughter was born long before the case went to court. McCorvey eventually became pro-life and a Catholic.
Why this Matters: No one is sadder or madder than Planned Parenthood, who now find themselves becoming a travel planning organization! Abortions are not only “rituals” for many proponents, but also drive a huge money-hungry industry.
Rather than working to unite the country at this critical time, the President and Speaker Pelosi are telling people that Republicans will be coming after gay rights and contraception, although the Court has been clear that this is not so.

President Trump listened to God and made this decision possible by placing three pro-life justice on the Supreme Court. Trump told Fox News:
- “This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago”
- “I think, in the end, this is something that will work out for everybody”
- “This brings everything back to the states where it has always belonged”
- [On the role he played in the ruling] “God made the decision”
Other Wins
Citizen’s Right to Concealed Carry – The Supreme Court ruled that New York cannot require citizens to prove they have a need or right to carry a concealed weapon. The ruling was 6-3 that the right to keep and bear arms does not apply only in the home, but outside the home as well.
A Coach’s Right to Pray – SCOTUS ruled that high school football coach Joe Kennedy had his free speech and free exercise of religion rights violated. Kennedy was barred him from praying on the field after games by the school district. Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote that the right to pray is “doubly protected by the Free Exercise and Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendment.”
- This ruling reversed a 50-year practice by public schools to deny private prayer on school grounds.

Prohibiting Non-Citizens from Voting – A New York State Supreme Court Judge ruled against New York City’s new law allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections. The judge reaffirmed New York election law, which states: “No person shall be qualified to register for and vote at any election unless he is a citizen of the United States.” The City Council had ignored that statute.
Looking into Forced Vaccinations – A federal appeals court in New Orleans agreed to reconsider lawsuit brought by federal employees who do not want to be vaccinated against covid. Earlier, a three-judge panel upheld the Biden administration’s mandate that demanded the jab in order to keep one’s job. The new order means that the mandate is blocked while the full court’s 17 judges take up the appeal, and of those, 12 are appointees of Republican presidents, including six nominated to the court by Trump.
How to Pray: President Trump’s legacy is one of listening to God—at least on the issue of appointing conservative judges—and it shows us the monumental importance of exercising our duty to vote. Pray for the 17 judges to rightly divide the wording of the Constitution, allowing people to decide for themselves about the vaccine.
Praise God for these victories! Each one is important, and yet there is more work to be done. Pray for expectant mothers that God will send help where needed. Pray that believers will have their hearts set on caring with our resources as well as with our words. As CR Wiley wrote on Twitter, “Winning brings responsibility, and pressure, and opposition, and hatred.”
May God fill us with His love, grace, and strength so that we might demonstrate His character.
Prov. 21:15 – When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers. ESV
Prov. 21:13 – Whoso stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.
