Biden Approved the Raid, Uses Loan Forgiveness as Cover

View on Rumble, Brighteon, or Bitchute.

Trump stole the nuclear codes!
Trump is giving national secrets to Iran!
Trump committed treason against the US!
Biden didn’t know about the raid!
The Attorney General didn’t approve the raid!

Lies, lies and more lies. As the days go by, we are confronted by a steady stream of fabrications, distortions, and fraud against President Trump as they hope against hope to prevent him from a 2024 presidential run.

On Wednesday, President Biden announced a plan to forgive some student loan debt, then prepared to board Air Force One on the campaign trail to stump for Democrats in tight races. Even the media was surprised—since Speaker Pelosi herself scoffed at such a scheme a few months back, saying,

  • “People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness; he does not,” Pelosi said.
  • “He can postpone, he can delay, but he does not have that power. That has to be an act of Congress.”

After Biden’s announcement, Pelosi praised his “historic” move.

So which is it? What she called “beyond the power of President Biden” is now within his power?

Democrats are in a dire situation, so all of the law is up for grabs, and student loan forgiveness becomes a handy way to change the narrative. Even worse, President Biden not only knew about raid on Trump’s residence, he approved it–retroactively waiving President Trump’s authority to declassify sensitive material.

Let’s take it apart one lie at a time. Remember, in God’s economy, they will not ultimately succeed.

Truth 1 – Trump Committed No Crime

Former White House Counsel Mike Davis clarified and others remind us that the President has the sole authority to classify/declassify records. That statute was recently challenged, and a judge appointed by President Obama ruled that the president has the sole authority to decide:

  1. What to keep for himself
  2. What to preserve in his presidential library
  3. What goes first to the National Archives, then to the library

The Wall Street Journal went a bit further in an op-ed, saying that former presidents are expected to have and keep secret information and they are provided federal money to hire a staff and rent/maintain an office where the records are kept, with secret service agents assigned to guard them. There was no basis for the FBI to produce a warrant, and no basis for a judge to approve it.

Truth 2 – Biden, AG Garland Knew in Advance

Attorney General Merrick Garland acted outraged when he addressed the nation several days after the raid. He was indignant that anyone would question the unprecedented raid on a former president. This was one day after Newsweek reported, “The senior Justice Department Source says …that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time of the specific raid, nor was he asked to approve it.”

White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre told reporters on Tuesday, the day after the raid, that Biden was not briefed by the Justice Department on what was about to happen.

White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre told reporters on Tuesday, the day after the raid, that Biden was not briefed by the Justice Department on what was about to happen.

  • “The president was not briefed, and he was not aware,” she said. “No, no one at the White House was given a heads-up. No, that did not happen.”
  • And, according to the President himself, he was just as surprised as everyone else to learn about the raid!

Lies, lies, and more lies.

Not only did he and they know all about it, according to investigative reporter John Solomon who has the memos, the White House waived privilege for the former president. Specifically, the acting director of the National Archives—already negotiating with Trump’s lawyers about certain items—went to the White House and asked for permission to take what they wanted regardless of President Trump’s privilege. The Biden administration said, do it! And they retroactively took Trump’s privilege away for declassifying documents while he was president.

Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett revealed that one high-level Biden staffer communicated with the FBI and the DOJ as early as April 15th saying that Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor’s claims to executive privilege. That amounts to paving the way for the FBI’s raid well in advance–as opposed to “knowing nothing about it.”

Truth 3 – President Trump’s Rights were Violated

Next, the warrant was wide open, not the narrow scope Garland specified. It covered anything pertaining to 2017-2021, while Trump was in office. The FBI had carte blanche to comb through “rooms, structures, and buildings,” and confiscate anything that might even remotely involve the government, “as well as any other containers/boxes that are collectively stored or found together…”

The affidavit specifying what was to be seized is being reviewed by the FBI and is to be released Friday–likely to be heavily redacted to hide sensitive information.

Above: Obama Presidential Center, Chicago

Keep in mind that President Obama has 30 million documents that he trucked to Chicago, ostensively to place in his “virtual” presidential library. Four years after his presidency, in September 2021, he finally broke ground, but the documents are still not available.

According to archives.gov

  • Barack Obama Presidential Libraries, like their holdings, belong to the American people without regard for political considerations or affiliations. Currently the Obama presidential materials are housed in a temporary facility in Hoffman Estates, IL, which is not open to the public.

His Presidential Center is to be mainly a library on computer, and Obama hasn’t released information on where the records would be held, why researchers won’t have access to the physical records, and how the classified records will be handled.

The Obama Center has been mired in other problems, too–like an illegal land-grab that angered environmentalists and historic preservationists, and a breach with local residents who complained that Obama is breaking his promise to provide economic benefits.

The National Archives has its own problems. A 2019 audit revealed numerous issues that point to an agency which was supposed to be independent, but is now controlled by private foundations and partisans. Thus, it is easy to understand how an anti-Trump archivist collaborated with an anti-Trump FBI and Department of Justice to create yet another sting operation on the 45th President.

President Trump has filed a lawsuit seeking to temporarily block the FBI from reviewing the materials seized from his home, and asking the court to appoint a “special master” to review the evidence. His lawyers want to ensure the materials do not include items that should be protected by executive privilege.

Why this Matters: The Fourth Amendment is the “right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.” If this breach actually makes it to court, maybe these questions will be answered:

  • If Trump had the nuclear codes, why did the FBI wait nearly two years to get them?
  • If Trump had national secrets, why did Merrick Garland—according to his personal testimony—deliberate for weeks before authorizing the raid?
  • If Trump was going to commit treason, why did the FBI wait three days after the warrant was issued to seize top secret documents?

Former WH counsel Mike Davis believes President Trump has politically damaging records that would implicate several players in the Clinton/Obama/Biden regime. The raid was cover to grab those items and carry out yet another attack on the former President. They tried to overturn the 2016 election twice through impeachment. They’ll stop at nothing.

Back to Student Loans

The nation’s federal student debt now tops $1.6 trillion after ballooning for years. Meanwhile the national debt, according to the Treasury Department, currently sits at $30.7 trillion. Biden has sent, with most Republican lawmakers’ approval, $100 billion to Ukraine and yet the war rages on—a war with no compelling national interest.

The loan forgiveness pays $10,000 to those making less than $125,000 a year; $20,000 for those who received Pell Grants, while extending the pause on federal student loan payments through the end of the year.

Biden called it a “plan to give working and middle class families breathing room as they prepare to resume federal student loan payments in January 2023.”

The left isn’t happy (are they ever?) because the plan doesn’t go far enough. An analysis by the Penn Wharton Budget Model backed up that claim, estimating:

  • The cancellation will cost taxpayers $329.7 billion over the next 10 years
  • Up to 73 percent of the debt relief helps the top 60 percent of earners

Based on that analysis, the National Taxpayers Union Foundation says the average cost will be $2,085.59 per taxpayer.

Why this Matters: Tell that to the people who worked hard to pay off their school loans, the seniors on fixed incomes, and the other taxpayers who can barely make ends meet. Most Americans think this plan will only make inflation worse. Skeptics believe it’s just a massive vote-buying operation, and plainly shows Democrats’ desperation as the midterm election draw nigh.

Biden and his cohorts would do well to remember that one day we will all stand before God and answer for our deeds. Those who haven’t made Jesus Lord will be in deep trouble.

How to Pray: Continue to pray for President Trump, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Jeff Clark, and all others who have been the victims of a witch hunt. Pray that men and women everywhere will recognize the Holy Spirit’s call on their lives while there is yet time.

Isa 28:17 – Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

Rev 21:8 – But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
