Biden Rewrites Title IX to Hurt Women

With the stroke of a pen, the Biden Administration has officially established that a person’s felt gender identity is their sex in schools. Title IX, which was written to equalize men’s and women’s sports, will now provide that:

• Men can take academic and athletic scholarships from women 
• Men will have full access to bathrooms, locker rooms, etc.
• Men can be housed in dorm rooms with women

Even worse, students and faculty must use the preferred pronouns of these people. If the guidelines above are ignored or even questioned, a harassment arrest can follow.

Title IX is not just a college law. It affects all educational programs that accept federal dollars: daycare, HeadStart, K-12, 4-H, etc. Gender ideology will be force-fed to every school that receives federal money.

Under Donald Trump and Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, Title IX was repaired so that men accused of assault were afforded a live hearing to question the evidence and cross-examine the accusers. The Biden rewrite uses a single-investigator model with a preponderance-of-the-evidence standard—which means it’s easy for the accuser but impossible for the defendant. Schools don’t have to inform accusers of all the evidence, and accused men are guilty if 51 percent of the evidence is against them.

Why this Matters: The only way to stop the madness is for women to refuse to participate. Five middle school female athletes in West Virginia refused to throw shot put against “Becky” Pepper-Jackson. These 13- and 14-year-old girls staged a “step out” protest by stepping into the box when their names were called to throw, then stepping out without throwing their shot for the Harrison County Middle School Championship. This was two days after the US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the state law banning males in female sports could not be enforced.

Trans-ing the Church

Within the movement to destroy our country are big-name Christians, funded by none other than George Soros. His filthy lucre is mixed with local tithes and offerings in certain denominations to fund NGOs (non-government organizations) whose charters, founders, and goals are antithetical to the gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s one reason why the LGBTQ agenda is trampling the temple and there’s a tsunami of illegals crashing the border. 

For example, the 2024 goal of the ERLC (Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission) of the Southern Baptist Convention is amnesty for illegal aliens and gun control legislation. The ERLC is the political lobbying arm of Southern Baptists; however, it has long been a tool for liberal activism. 

Next, let’s look at the National Immigration Forum, a group that receives millions of dollars from organizations including Soros “Open Society Foundations,” Carnegie Corporation, Walmart, the Knight Foundation, and the Ford Foundation.

The money is then funneled from the NIF to the Evangelical Immigration Table (EIT), which promises to “Preach God’s Heart for Immigrants.” It sounds nice, right? That’s because, as usual, these leftist organizations have the same vocabulary but use a different dictionary. They twist scripture and shame Christians into believing that open borders are godly, while restricting immigration is sinful. According to Influence Watch, the EIT is pushing to grant legal status to most illegal immigrants already in the United States and they staunchly oppose border enforcement policies.

Dr. Russell Moore is the former President of the ERLC, and is current Editor-in-Chief of Christianity Today. Moore was also President of NIF, and is joined by men and women from notable Christian charities, churches, and denominations who work to bring the open border, mass amnesty idea into the local church.

The notable “heads” of the EIT write articles, establish committees, and have the ears of politicians. They hire pastors to set up a table at Christian conventions to push open borders to other pastors and church leaders, knowing these harmful ideas will eventually form the outlines for sermons and Bible studies. 

The NIF/EIT has a lobbying arm called The Raben Group, a Democratic Party-aligned organization predominately comprised of former members of the Clinton and Obama administrations. It has earned at least $50 million representing many left-of-center and radical interests.

The Raben Group has two divisions, LGBT Strategies and Latin Strategies. It publishes a weekly podcast called, For The Win, which covers topics like fighting climate change, opposing President Donald Trump’s activities related to the U.S. Census, President Trump’s alleged contribution to bigotry, and strategies to promote abortion. The organization strongly opposed construction of a wall along the southern border, and Trump’s emergency declaration in February 2019 to fund it.

LGBT strategies, climate change, anti-Trump, anti-wall, and abortion—all promoted under the umbrella, “That’s what Jesus would do!” 

If it seems like the alphabet army is coming to capsize your church, you’re not paranoid. They really are out to take over. 

Presbyterian Church (USA) will consider an overture this summer at their denominational meeting that would require ordination candidates to affirm LGBTQ orthodoxy. They’re just the latest gay-affirming denomination announcing their capitulation to cultural pressures. How long before society demands that churches endorse bizarre affirmations such as MAPs (minor-attracted persons) or be closed? The threat has become very serious since the 2015 Supreme Court decision to recognize gay marriage.

Here are other examples of how far down the slippery slope we’ve fallen:

• Furries Attacking Children (Furries are people dressing and acting like animals—usually part of a sexual fetish) – Students of Nebo Middle School in Salt Lake City staged a walk-out to protest the school for allowing “furries” to terrorize them. Students claim that the furries bite them, bark at them, and pounce on them, without repercussion. However, if they defend themselves in any way, they get in trouble. The School defended the furries by saying they only partially dress like animals and the real problem is the students who protested. In fact, the School reported that things were much more peaceful and the halls were much cleaner during the walk-out.

• Man Gets Both Sets of Genitals – A “trans” Canadian who wants a vaginoplasty, while keeping “her penis” filed a lawsuit to have Canadian taxpayers pay for the procedure, and won. The patient will go to Texas for the surgery because Canada doesn’t offer the $70,000 experimental procedure.
• Fingers Removed – Canadian doctors surgically removed two healthy fingers from a young man experiencing “body integrity dysphoria” (BID).
• Trans Massacre Thwarted – Andrea Ye, a female student who identifies as a male, was arrested in Maryland for planning to commit a massacre. Andrea reportedly wrote a 129-page manifesto detailing her plan to take out other students and “set the record for the most amount” of kills.  
• ERLC Works to Hide Trans Manifesto – The manifesto of the trans shooter of Covenant School in Nashville is still a secret, thanks in part to the ERLC’s Brent Leatherwood. Parts of the manifesto were leaked last year, and a hearing is underway to decide if all of it should be released. Law enforcement has said that won’t harm the ongoing investigation, but Leatherwood and others are pushing to keep it hidden. We shouldn’t be surprised. Leatherwood advocated for gun control in Tennessee, funding for Ukraine, amnesty for illegal aliens, and opposed pro-life legislation, all under the guise of representing Southern Baptists.

• Women Endangered – Planet Fitness has come under fire for promoting in their advertising that men who are “trans” are welcome to use the women’s restroom and locker room. Several women complained that naked men are using the women’s areas even when there are minor girls present. Planet Fitness has doubled-down, kicking out anyone who complains—even though one male was arrested for stripping in the women’s locker room. When word got around, thousands of people cancelled their memberships, and the company lost $400 million in five days. Colleen Keating, former CEO of FirstKey Homes, has been appointed as the new CEO of Planet Fitness. Keating has a history of forcing mandatory inclusivity training for all employees and implementing “hiring through a DEI lens.” The fitness giant may soon find itself Bud-lighted.

Four Child Rapists Released

What happens to a nation with open borders and no- or low-bail policies? This. Boston ICE rounded up four alleged child rapists in one morning, and then the local courts let them go. One of the perpetrators, an illegal from Brazil, was apprehended by Border Patrol in Arizona in 2021, released into the US, then arrested in December in Massachusetts for the sexual battery of a child. ICE requested that he be detained, but their request was ignored and he was released on $5,000 bail in January. The man was indicted on ten counts of aggravated child rape.

According to Fox Reporter Bill Melugin, who was imbedded with ICE, the alleged rapist was later found and arrested.

Why this Matters: Pastors and preachers had better return to solid Bible teaching based on proper interpretation of the scriptures. We’d better care more about what God thinks than filling the church with “seekers.” The church absolutely must return to God-led, traditional ways of thinking about borders, sexuality, and morality. And those of us whose denominations are tied to leftist political activism must change them from within—or get out.

In politics, Christians have a duty to turn out for primary and off-year elections. That’s the only way we’ll eliminate the sell-outs before they get to Congress. Stop them at the school board election. Likewise, we have to clean out the state legislatures so that proper laws can be laid down. Here are two great examples:

• Idaho’s legislature voted to end the abuse of children by prohibiting puberty blockers, hormone therapy treatments, and sex reassignment surgery. The law was signed by the Governor, and the US Supreme Court has affirmed the law. It will now be a felony in Idaho for doctors to provide this kind of experimental, irreversible transgender “care” for children. More than half of the states have similar laws.
• Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed the “Sound of Freedom Act” into law. It requires mandatory life sentences for trafficking minors.

How to Pray: Father, allow the insanity of this thinking about immigration and sex to marinate in the minds of everyday Americans. Let the stories about illegals released into society after committing heinous crimes be in their faces so that they cannot turn away. Awaken the sleepy masses to the biblical truth that we get the leaders we deserve. Help us, Father, to follow Jesus and worship You in Spirit and in Truth. Increase our faith. Amen.
